The issue with my ads not appearing on my other Website seems to have been solved. I still don't know if the major design change factored in to it. It may have taken Google a few days to figure out what ads to target to my site. I also do not know how adding new items to the news feed will affect ads displaying in the future. Thus, nothing is set in stone but validating your HTML cannot hurt.

All I do know is that after I validated the HTML of the two pages that were not showing ads the problem went away. This was the last thing that I did.

Once again, if you are having problems getting ads to display then try validating the HTML of your pages. It may make a difference.
